A direct replacement complete engine is no longer available for this. One of the possible spec numbers was 49111 or 49236, the only thing available for this is the 52 522 85 shortblock. The Kohler Magnum engines listed here can also work, however you will need to add a toggle switch to kill the engine and you would still use your key switch to start the engine. Our 23HP Briggs conversion kit is ready and available for this tractor
