This engine has a 1" x 3-5/32" shaft and is recoil start without an electric clutch. Some of these units came with a Kohler Command CV22S-67516 which has a 1" x 3.54" shaft. This engine supersedes to engine number CV23-75524. Note: the Kawasaki and the Kohler will not directly interchange with each other.
