Small Engine Warehouse DOES NOT accept the following forms of payment:

  • C.O.D.
  • Prepaid Credit Cards and Gift Cards (those do not allow for address validation)
  • Extended payment terms

FAQs of Payments

Why do you ask for the 3 Digit "Security Code" on my card?

The 3 digit Card ID numbers are unique to each card, and are used as a way to verify cards for fraud protection. This is one way to verify that the customer has the card in their possession. We require this to match what your credit card company has on file to accept your card as payment.

Can I set up an account?

Accounts available on prior approval for Municipalities and Government entities. Please contact our Customer Support Department or email sales@smallenginewarehouse.com for more information or to start this process.

Dealer Pricing

We offer dealer pricing for resale to approved customers. We must have a properly filled out sales tax exemption form on file for you to be an approved dealer. If you are interested in becoming an approved dealer or need to update your information on file, please email us at sales@smallenginewarehouse.com

Sales Tax

In accordance with various state regulations for remote sellers, sales tax is collected in the 40 United States where we are required to do so.

Any item purchased for resale can be tax exempt if you have a properly filled out sales tax exemption form. Some items may be exempt for agricultural use in the direct production of a food source, but there are strict guidelines for applicability, and we prefer to leave that up to you and/or your accountant. Most of what we sell would not be considered tax-exempt for agricultural use.
