Our Customer Support Team is comprised of Customer Service Representatives, Sales Representatives, Technicians, and Managers. The goal of our Customer Support Team is to assist our customer’s with their needs and issues.
Our Customer Service Representatives usually can assist customers with orders, receipts, tracking information, owner’s manuals, manufacturer contact information, and they can also create Customer Support Cases for issues beyond their assistance.
Customer Support Cases are created when customers have needs for help or information after the sale. Examples of issues that lead to Customer Support Cases:
- improper fit
- shipping damage
- installation assistance
- warranty issues
- other issues not defined.
Customer Support Cases typically will require the following information from the customer for the Customer Support Team to review for assistance:
- Customer/Order information
- Contact information: Phone and Email
- Application Information: Brand, Model, and Identifying information for engine or unit purchased item is being used/installed on/in
- Pictures of item received and application or damage
Once the Customer Support Team has received Contact Info, Application Info, and Pictures, then help can usually be supplied. Delays in supplying the information required for review of a case will lead to delays in assistance. Our Customer Support Team assists with Cases in the order in which all necessary information is supplied. Most Customer Support Cases are resolved within 1-2 business days after all necessary information is supplied.
Shipping Damage cases will require pictures of the item as well as shipping boxes and packaging.
We will also need Identifying numbers (Model and Serial numbers) for engines and equipment damaged in shipping.
Installation assistance for Repower Conversion Kits is available for 90-days from receipt of the kit.
Some adaptation during installation may be required. These kits have been designed and assembled to match as closely to the original installation as possible. If you experience trouble in installing your kit please follow these steps:
- Review installation manual
- Double check old engine for parts that are needed for kit
- Double check all mounting and wiring connections, especially from old to new
- Contact our Customer Support Team for a Support Case
Our Support Cases for installation assistance will require pictures showing the issue and detailed questions regarding the issue. Without this information, our support for the issue will be very limited. There is never too much detail or information regarding these installation issues. The more information is supplied, the quicker our team can review the issue and supply a resolution.
