The models with a H50-H60-H70 engines on them typically have a 3/4" x 2-5/16" shaft on them. The Briggs Intek OHV 5-7.75hp engines will normally replace these engines. The models with the HM80-HM100, HMSK80-HMSK100, and LH318-LH358 engines on them typically use a 1" x 2-3/8" shaft on them, you could buy one with a longer shaft and add a bushing to the end of it to hold the pulley in place.

You may have to replace the mounting studs with normal bolts to mount it. You could also use another engine with a 3/4" diameter shaft on it and change your pulleys. If your chute control rod goes above the engine you would have to buy the same series of engine or we wouldn't have anything for you unless you can redo the crank and move it out of the way.
