Original Model: Kohler 18hp K361S-23121a
The original engine has a 1-7/16"x 4" long shaft on it. The origianl engine is a single cylinder OHV model that was discontinued in the late 1980's. There is no other single cylinder engine made with this shaft size.

Many original equipment engines may no longer be in production because of obsolescence or EPA regulations, so in some cases there may not be an exact replacement available.
